Machining Specialists is a full service machining job shop specializing in prototype and short run production machining services. We utilize the latest in computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software and machine technologies to produce accurate parts to demanding specifications. We have full 5 axis milling capabilities and we can hold multi-sided tolerances on the order of .0005", no matter what the angle is between features. With the combination of our 5 axis milling capabilities and our powerful MasterCam software, we can literally carve a turbine wheel or boat propeller from a solid block of material.

Our customers include those in the aerospace, medical device, defense, conveyor system, and paint systems integration industries. We can machine nearly any material including mild steel, stainless steel, tool steels, hardened alloy steels, titanium, aluminum, plastics, and copper. We also offer a full line of finishing options including welding, heat treating, plating, and anodizing.
