Our company owns an experienced engineering team. His engineers owns different technical background and knowledge. They comes from varies design institutes and international engineering companies. Our engineers are able to use varies CAD softwares such as AUTOCD2010, INVENTOR 2010, SOLIDWORKS 2011 and etc. The 3-D models we produced will made possible to review the functions of the machine before it is physically manufactured. This will efficiently optimize the design and reduce the dimensional interferences for the future fabrication so that to quickly achieve successful design results.
We can provide our engineering services for customer’s own projects on design and engineering activities including dispatch our engineers directly join the customer’s team with promise of nondisclosure customer’s secretes. Our engineering services will help the customer to solve the shortage of experienced engineers when he is limited to increase staff.
Manufacturing Supervision:
Our manufacturing quality supervisors follow up the complete manufacturing process for all of our supplied equipment. We control the manufacturing quality based on standards of GB, DIN, ISO as well as other standards on requests of customers with respect of delivery time schedule so that to get both targets of quality and time schedule.
Our experiences on manufacturing quality control can be also applied for customer’s project. We can dispatch our experienced manufacturing supervisors and inspectors to customer’s workshop for the requested fabrication services for fabrication processes such as machining, welding, assembly.
