METALMACH MICRO TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD

Metalmach Micro Technology Sdn Bhd (MMT) was incorporated on 7 August 1990 to manufacture high precision tools, dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures and other precision machined parts for the semi-conductor and electronic industry. The facility is located at the Oakland Industrial Park in Seremban. MMT is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. The ISO 9001 ensures that MMT is consistently delivering quality products and services according to its policy and objectives which are directed towards constantly meeting and exceeding the expectation of the customers.

The promoter of MMT previously managed a partnership business, Microtech Precision Engineering Co. (MPE) which produces a wide range of tools and dies for the semiconductor and other industries. MPE had been in this business since 1979. With effect from 1997, the promoter has transferred its operation and business to MMT and capitalised the assets to consolidate the business operations.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
MMT undertakes manufacturing of all kinds of high precision tools & dies, precision parts, jigs and fixtures, mold parts, carbide toolings and other precision machined parts.

A brief description of the principal products and services are as follow:-

1) Mold Parts
Ground and matte finish cavity block, runner block, cull block, gate insert, carbide gate, pot and Plunger etc.

2) Tools and Dies
Both carbide and tool steel material:
cutting punch/die, forming punch/dies and other die parts holder, stripper, guide block etc.

3) Jigs and Fixtures
MMT manufacture jigs and fixtures for various manufacturing processes.

4) Services
Upgrading/modification of equipment/machine, refurbishment of mold set and die set.

5) Design
Design and fabrication of complete mold and die set, automation equipment and machine module, to suit specified

FACILITIES
MMT maintains an extensive in-house manufacturing facilities with high technology machines to ensure an efficient production capabilities.
The company prides itself in being able to consistently invest in high precision machineries in particular those involving critical processes such as CNC Milling, CNC Grinding, CNC Lathe and CNC Wire-cut by using modern MAKINO, OKAMOTO and MITSUBISHI brand of CNC Machines.
