MCTD Inc, is a leader in the Automotive, Aerospace and Specilaty Manufacurers industries. In business for over 25 years, MCTD, specializes in Custom designed machinery, fixtures and gages, as well as short run production with very tight tolerences. We specialize in this area, because not everyone can do this type of of job and it is a challenge for our very skilled staff.

Our machinery consists of CNC mills, CNC lathes, Wire EDM, OD/ID Grinding, Surface Grinders, Manual Lathes, Mills, Honing, and Tig/Mig Welding equipment. Our material list includes Steel,(CRS,HRS,Alloy, Tool,Stainless, Inconel), Aluminum and Plastics.

We are ISO 9000 compliant and our inspection reports are available upon request. MCTD provides Value Added Service to it's customers by striving to understand customer's applications and make recommendations on ways to improve designs, especially in the area of replacement parts for production equipment. We are frequently asked to do design and bulid of customer's required fixtures, many times working from CMM data on complex casting to create required fixturing. We are constantly being asked to machine difficult materials such as, Inconel 625, Inconel 718 and Nitronic 50 material.
