Pipe production and machining
- Perforated tubes - Diameter 35-65 mm, thickness to 2 mm
- Bent tubes - Tubes diameter 12 mm-25 mm and thickness: to 1,5 mm for steel tubes and 2 mm for copper tubes. Tubes diameter 35 mm - 60 mm and thickness up to 2 mm.
- Other tubes production and machining - End forming 35-65 mm and thickness up to 2 mm. Possibility of production of tubes and pipes for heating system, hydraulic equipments. Preparation of the items for special order, prototype and unit orders. Semi assambly tubes, welded tubes, resonators, samml silencers as customer requirements.
Machining
- Aluminium products - We offer components, together with mechanical treatment or mechanical working on the given material.
- Cast iron products - We offer complete delivery of ready machined and assembled cast iron products.
- Other machining capabilities and services - Prototype Production. Production of small and special series. Washing and leak tests of the measurements if such requirements.
QUALITY
- ISO/TS 16949 - Certificate of approval awarded to MCS Sp. z.o.o by Bureau Veritas Certifitacion on 6 April 2010
- We are able to measure on the type of machinery 3D Zeiss and the DEA as well other measuring instruments.
