We offer a wide range of manufacturing solutions, including custom machining, standard or non-standard bearings, casting, forging and molding. Our factories have rich experience in working for many Fortune 500 companies (GE, Ford, Caterpiller etc.) We have highly skilled and experienced Engineers who work collaboratively on every project. At each manufacturing stage, our engineers work with the operations team to ensure quality control procedures are properly implemented and the specification is 100% in compliance. Each component or parts will go through our QC final inspection and testing before shipping. Our focus is to close the gap and provide lower cost manufacturing through out the world. "Following the award, Lucent made a sample and revised the price upward over 50% - from the quoted $3.00 to $4.75 per item. The sample was then sent to me and the quality was awful. The knurling was pathetic and nowhere near what the drawing specified - a separate drawing for the knurling had been provided. The basic shape of the part had been modified and was a long ways from the drawing. Many dimensions were way out of tolerance. I cancelled the PO."

"Supplier tried twice to make the parts and both time the parts were incorrect. After the second rejection they told us that apparently we wanted "golden parts" and also said our drawing was unclear when the surface finish was called out using the industry standard for microfinish. Then when we said we were going to have another supplier make the parts they sent us an invoice and wanted to be paid for the defective parts they made incorrect twice."
