About half of our work is in short run, low volume, short lead time production and research and development, while the other half is in high volume production runs. We offer a "no risk" mold test to potential customers considering moving molds from one custom molder to another. Simply contact us and schedule your mold test (customer is welcome and encouraged to be present to observe). Make us aware of the problems you would like to see improved or eliminated, and we will either satisfy your needs through process modification or provide you with a list of recommended tool/material modifications to achieve your goals. We then can supply the customer with sample parts to compare with their current/previous custom molder and prices. Often our customers find that our superior service does not cost more than they are already paying!
