Kordenbrock Tool & Die

Kordenbrock Tool & Die is a family owned and operated company on the north side of Cincinnati, Ohio along I-75. We have been building dies and stamping parts since 1953. We have press capacity from 45 to 600 tons with a maximum length of 108 inches allowing us to build, tryout, and run large dies. We can stamp from coil up to 24 inches wide and .25 thick. Additional capabilities in our tool room are EDM machining and CNC milling. We currently have two wire EDM machines and two vertical EDM machines. Besides cutting die details we can split rings with minimal cut lines, cut both through and blind keyways, burn hexes or other shapes, add counter bores, relocate holes, remove broken taps or drills, add tap holes and burn special cavities. Engineering changes are also a specialty.Our CNC mills can handle parts up to 30 x 80 inches. We have full 3D milling ability in several of our machines. We can machine from several file formats. We also machine all types of material down to miniature sized parts. We are currently working to achieve ISO 9001-2008 and expect to have it completed by the end of the year.
