Kalman Machining, Inc.

The business was started under a different name in 1986 in Richmond Ca., providing product development, prototype and production services to a wide range of industries in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Owner, Bela Kalman, has over 50 years experience, learning the trade in Hungary. Worked on engineering teams extensively in product development of medical lasers, food packaging equipment, electronic microscopes, etc, following products and parts from prototype to production.

Most of our employees are trained in our 2,600 sq ft shop and 1,000 sqft office, QC, and shipping building. We machine all materials, plastics, aluminum, steels, stainless steels and exotic metals.

We adapted the QC requirements of our major costumer, an international medical equipment manufacturer. Maintained a 100% Supplier Rating with them, measured quarterly, for the past year and a half.

We are willing to take on emergency jobs where a fast turnaround is required.
