We specialize in the manufacture of low volume parts for custom machinery.  We have a wide range of in house machining and fabricating capabilities with a large array of manual and CNC machine tools. We have turning capacity to 60" diameter and 16' length.  Milling capabilities to 14' length.  Grinding capabilities to 16" diameter x 14'length  or 14' length on flats.  We have forklifts and cranes to 15 ton capacity. We can also manufacture complete machines or sub-assemblies from print including machining, welding, sandblasting, painting, mechanical and electrical assembly. We also work closely with several plating and hard coating houses. One of our specialties is manufacture of coated balls for the valve industry up to 60" spherical diameter, precision ground to 0.001" sphericity.  We also can manufacture matching metal seats in a variety of super alloys.
