At KJ Machining Systems, Inc.,we specialize in the CNC machining of small to medium sized components from a wide variety of materials ranging from High Temp alloys, Haynes, Carpenter, Medical grade Titanium's aged Inconels, all types of steels and stainless steels. 

We utilize auto-bar load/feed units on all of our CNC Turning centers, Our live tool-twin spindle Lathes auto load barstock up to 2.5 inches in diameter.

Our Milling Department utilizes 30 x 16 Doosan/Daewoo VMC's, 60 Tool Changer with full fourth axis capabilities.

2011 marks our tenth year in business. Our basic premise of quality work at a fair price and relentless dedication to customer service has allowed us to realize positive growth each year. Along with reinvestment in capital equipment , technology and resources, have strengthened our competitive advantage in the marketplace, while allowing us to focus internally on reducing production inefficiencies while increasing product quality.

We hold an FFL and SOT Class 3 Firearms License for armament production. We are striving to grow our business along with our customer base.
