KANGJI INDUSTRIAL LIMITED was established in Hong Kong in 2012. The company focuses on the machining, casting, sheet metal, plastic, and tooling(injection tooling and stamping tooling). The products are mainly applied to automobile,household appliance, toy, machinery, electron, motor car, aerospace,communication etc. There are two factories located in ShenZhen and QingDao of China. We have made a great success after developing 8 years.
KANGJI INDUSTRIAL LIMITED also engages in the international trade of equipment including the service.

The factory in ShenZhen was established in 2005.
That is our old factory. They focus on the machining, casting, stamping and automation equipment. There are more than 90 staffs in machining and stamping department. About 80 staffs in casting department. And there are more than 100 staffs in automation equipment department. They have accomplished the qualification of international quality system of IS09001:2000 version and the products comply with the requirements of ROHS.
Our small injection tooling factory lies in DongGuan and ShangHai China. There are about 20 staffs each of them. It has grown up very quickly basing on the very good technology and service.
Our biggest factory located in the industrial Park of Puji Town of Qingdao City. It was founded in March 11, 2011, and the registered capital thereof is 100 million RMB. The total investment of the project is 1.5 billion RMB , the total area is 650 acres. The project of the first phase comprises a mould workshop, an injection workshop, a sheet metal workshop, a casting workshop, an administrative office and the workers living quarters.
The factory focuses on the research and development and manufacture of new composite materials, new plastic articles, sheet metal products, automotive moulds, home appliance moulds, precision electronic moulds and automotive parts, motor car parts and other moulds and products thereof. The products are mainly applied to automobile, household appliance, toy, machinery, electron, motor car, aerospace, communication and other fields.
The factory establishes a precision mould institute by
cooperating with the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The precision mould institute mainly works on the research and development of aerospace, communication and
electron and other precision moulds. The factory establishes a chemical new material research institute by cooperating with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The chemical new material research institute mainly works on the research and development of new composite material, new nano material and the new products thereof. In addition, the factory also has a powerful mould technology research and development centre which is capable of carrying out the research and development and technical support of large precision mould.
The annual production capacity can be reached to 5000sets of tooling and 30 million sets of plastic parts, sheet metals and painting elements.
