Our advanced equipment:
- Die & Mold design
has 6 sets CNC machining center, 10 sets spark machine (EDM), 15 sets milling machine, 10 sets precision hand grinder, 7 sets fast-wire cutting machine, 6 sets Japan Mitsubishi slow-wire cutting machine.
- Metal stamping
has 62 sets 25T~250T punch, of which 19 are Taiwan high speed punch, others are mainland Yangzhou punch.
- The injection molding
has 18 sets 80T~600T injection machine,2 sets 140T double colors injection machine. Injection products include home appliances, electronics and office equipment parts, etc.
- CNC machining
has 16 sets automatic lathe, 2 sets HC-650CNC lathe. Processing some high precision parts, they are used in the communication, mobile phone, electronics and other equipment, etc.
- Sheet metal working
has 3 sets Taiwan CNC punching machine, 1 set Switzerland laser cutting machine, 7 sets CNC folding machine. Processed products include industrial equipment cabinet, network server cabinet, intelligent control cabinet and family kitchen equipment, etc.
