JLL MACHINING LIMITED is a high precision machining factory specializing in contract manufacturing high precision parts and assemblies for various industries such as electronics, telecommunications, constructions, mechanical products, motor sports service parts and consumer goods. We are headed by a group of people with many years’ experience of manufacturing and sales in this industry.

Capabilities:

• CNC Lathes

With automatic bar feeding, our CNC lathes can handle bars of maximum diameter 40mm and length up to 200mm. When machining single parts, our CNC lathes are able to handle diameters up to 160mm with machining length of 160mm. The accuracy of our CNC lathes are +/-0.005mm for diameters and +/-0.01mm for length.

• CNC Machining Centers

With the accuracy of +/-0.005mm, the traveling columns for our machining centers are 800mm for X-Axis, 500mm for Y-Axis and 550mm for Z-Axis.

• Secondary Operations

Our secondary operations include drilling, milling, tapping, threading, thread rolling, surface grinding, deburring, and knurling.

• Outsourcing capabilities

Over the years we have formed extensive collaborations with our partners in the trade. We are able to identify our clients’ needs and help them in their outsourcing activities. Working with us, our overseas customers can avoid unfamiliar plant situations and often language barriers. Our mission is to save our customer’s time and money by responding to our client’s requests promptly and delivering all services as a package or finished products so that our clients can feel hassle free to receive what they design and order. Our outsourcing services include plating, anodizing, laser etching, black oxidizing, sandblasting, welding, heat treating and painting.

• Materials

               The primary materials used in our machining  processes are:

Steel: 1020, 1045, 12L14 and 1215, or their equivalency

Aluminum alloy: 6061, 6063, 7075, etc

Stainless steel: 303, 304, 316, 416, etc

Brass, bronze and copper

Polymers: PVC, POM (Delrin) and Teflon
