We have adopted API, ANSI, ASME, MSS, BS, DIN and GB(Chinese national standards) standards in design, the size range from 1/2 “to 36”, and pressure rate from ANSI Class 150 to 15,000 Lb. Material includes WCB, WC6, WC9, LCB, LCC, CF8(304), CF8M(316), CF3(304L), CF3M(316l), CN7M(Alloy20), A105, 1020, 1040, 410SS, 4130, 4140, 17-4PH, Inconel Alloy, Ti Alloy, Stellite Alloy , Hastelloy and Monel etc.
Our forging factories got the CCS, GL, ABS, BV, KR certificates. They will also get the LR certificate soon. We possess 1600tons free forging hydraulic press and 3600tons free forging hydraulic press, 160kg to 2000kg hammers. Our capacity of forgings is 34000 tons annually and the largest forging is 30 tons, flange forging over 3200mm in diameter.
