JCB Performance Machine LLC. specializes in small to medium volume CNC Multi-tasking Turning. The size of our business allows for a close working relationship with our customers. Our experience consists of 17 years of CNC Turning experience within the Aerospace and Thermal Spray industry, and more recently performing work for the Aerospace, Defense, Vision Illumination, Energy/ Petroleum, Machinery Equipment, and Performance Automotive industries. Its our belief that Quality Assurance is more than just "making a good part" because 1 does not constitute a streak. It's a Process. In addition to precise gaging and standards tracable to NIST, every part produced at JCB Performance gets a routing and detailed setup sheets for CNC work. Not only does this insure a repeatable setup, it promotes continuous improvement on future runs. Complete Inspection Reports can be requested including SPC control sheets for tight tolerance or critical dimensions. We have the capability to analyze processes exhibiting a high degree of variability, using Six Sigma tools and analysis. Some of our valued customers have certified JCB Performance Machine's quality system for their "dock to stock" programs. One example is our DSQR Certified Supplier (Deligated Supplier Quality Representation) recognition for NHBB Astro division in Laconia, NH. NHBB Astro is a leading manufacturer in the Aerospace rod-end and spherical-bearing business. They regulate processes through quality initiatives including: AS9100 Rev B, D6-82479, ISO 9001:2000, and ISO 14001. Our proven track record for quality has enabled us to recieve this honor. It enables JCB Performance's quality control to certify products produced for NHBB Astro according to their standards.
