This is all performed under one roof at our 1.4 million square foot, well equipped manufacturing facility located in Southern Middle Tennessee. Our approach allows you to use all of our services or to pick and choose what pieces best fit the individual needs of your company. With our facility size, equipment, and well trained staff no job is too large. Likewise we have pulled this all together in a way that leaves us with surprising low overhead costs. Therefore we are also cost effective even on small jobs.
For example for some of our customers, we assist in the design, stamp, form, machine, weld, powder coat, assemble, and package their finished products and then we warehouse and distribute them directly to their customers all in a seamless service to them. While other of our customers pick and choose various steps in the process to augment their capabilities. However this is still done in a way that allows for just-in-time delivery to them. In doing this we reduce the total supply chain costs while minimizing lead times. Our primary manufacturing processes include the following:
- Stamping / Punching / Drawing / Forming (We have presses up to 1,000 tons with bed sizes up to 10 feet wide and up to 6' deep. We are also set up for coil feed or manual feed)
- Rod Forming (Equipped with high speed equipment to utilize wire coils for all of your specialized rod needs including roll thread forming)
- Tube Forming (Such as mower handles etc)
- Welding (manual to semiautomatic to robotic mig welders)
- Machining (Numberous pieces of equipment and skill sets)
- Powder Coating (We are equipped with a 7 stage prefinish treatment system, 7 seperate application booths, with 18 interchageable reclaim modules)
- Assembly (We are equipped with thousands of feet of conveyor that can be segmented to be equally efficient on large and small jobs)
