i-toolingmould   is a private owned company founded in 1999, with 10 years experience exporting mould and precision metal components to the international market.

As an ISO 9001:2000 certified mould makers, our experienced craftsmen have become integral professional workers in the plastics industry, supplying a full range of moulds for numerous applications. We have produced injection moulds and metal components for a wide range of industries including automotive, houseware, toys, telecom and electronics. Our clean-room facility also enables us to manufacture medical and transparent products.
 
We have the world-class manufacture and inspection equipments such as DMG high-speed CNC, Charmilles mirror EDM, Charmilles slow speed wire cutting machine, and Mitutoyu CMM. With these sophisticated equipments and our innovative dedicate engineers, we are capable of producing highest quality mould 500 sets every year.
 
Our Nissei injection moulding machines are capable from 40 tons to 500 tons. All the injection machines run fully automatic with robot pickers. We also offer secondary processing such as spraying and coating, pad screening, silk screening, assembly and packaging. We believe this will provide our customer with "one-stop"service from mould design to quality products.
 
Also we provide precision machined components according to customer’s specification. We are experienced in various types of Aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, steel, and copper. The tolerance of our components could reach 0.005mm~0.01mm.
