Our 6’ X 20‘ abrasive waterjet offers the unparalleled ability to make precision cuts in a wide variety of materials up to 8“ thick with typical tolerances of ± 0.005”. It is a cold cutting process resulting in no heat affected zones and no distortions in the materials being cut. Our CNC-controlled nozzle tilt mechanism ensures a perfectly square edge with little or no draft angle and accurate tolerances.

HDW's press brake features a 176–ton, 12–foot capacity with an advanced CNC-controller that guarantees fast, accurate and repeatable results. We can carry out a variety of custom forming operations such as bends, hems, curling and large radius bucking.
