Hi-Top Mold was founded in 1995,Which is specialized in mold making and plastic molding parts,and precision machining parts . Hi-Top Mold is located in Chang'an Town,Dongguan city ,GuangDong Province of south China,which is known as a famous "Molds Hometown. It covers 25,000 square meters,over 500 employees.We have 9 sets CNC,14 sets EDM machines,2 sets slow wire cutting,5 sets wire-cuttiing,25 sets injection machines with different tonnages and CNC lathe, milling machine,drilling machine,Grinding machine,CNC polish machine and so on .These machines were mainly purchased from Japan,Switzerland,Taiwan. Our main business scope is : Mold making and plastic molding parts,precision machining .Our molding parts or machining parts apply into kinds of area .Such as :Auto parts,Home appliance, Electronic parts, Office parts, Medical parts ,Aerospace,Packing machineary ..... Our products mainly export to Germany ,Switzerland,Italy,France,USA,Canada,Australia,Russia,India.... We use standard tooling like : HASCO,DME,LKM.We use cavity/core material like : 718H,NAK80,NAK55,S136H,H13,SKD61.Normally,If customer don't specified,our engineer will suggest suitable cavity/core materia,runner system according to customer's parts characteristics and use.
