Fine  HongDa (HK) technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006., which is a solo corporation from HK. Our company is make up of tooling, injection, metal mold, HR, quality and  engineering department. Based on CNC machining center, we can make precision mechanical parts, mould parts, injection, metal parts and part heat treatment by self. We actively push modern production and mangement method, make use of software of UG, Pro-e, and CAD to proceed mold design and manufacture, which much reduce design cycletime and improve part quality. We are majoring in developing structure parts of printer, copycat, electrograph、connector (civil , military, aviation)、laser head,optic fibres、automobile , etc. precision parts.

 

Our engineer with associate or above degree and our production line employee have rich experience, ir provide enough technology support for us.

 

We have advanced equipment famed in word, such as Wire-cut, electric discharge master(EDM), CNC machining center, high speed punch, bending machine, injection machine etc. We make use of precision inspection machine to assure good quality, such as CMM, tool microscope, projector, height gauge.

"Our parts were delivered in a timely manner. This company is very responsive. They used a wire-cut method to manufacture our parts which left them rough and dark looking. We prefer our parts look smooth and shiny. However more importantly the dimensions of the part were right on. I would definitely use this company again just as long as they don't use the wire-cut method on any of our future parts. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They did a great job for us."
