We have been in business for over 7 years and have 28 years of experience in manual and CNC Machining Centers & CNC Lathes, Grinders and Heat Treating. We serve all industries, but have been most prolific in the Electronics, Medical, Rubber Hose and Electric Motor Industries. Most of our machines are new and we specialize in tight tolerance machine work. In terms of materials, we work primarily with hot & cold steels, tool steels, stainless steels, aluminum, copper, bronze, titanium and plastic composites. We have reverse engineering and prototype capabilities, with software including AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop 6 and Bobcad V21. In terms of inspection, we take a lot of pride in the quality work that we do. We have 100% inspection of 1-20 small run parts, 20% inspection of 10-100 pieces, and 10% inspection of 101-5000 pieces. If any reject is found we inspect every piece. We are happy to do more to our customer’s request.We are separated from other shops by our quick turnaround times, quality parts, reliable service, prices, and of course our amazing customer service we provide for all of our customers. We have had many challenging parts, such as rapid prototyping of one off parts to eliminate downtime and tight tolerances of .0005 on many parts. Value added services we provide are in house grinding of specialty tooling, heat treating and type 2 anodized clear & black. We are always on time with deliveries and are willing to work with our customers as changes arise. We are a dynamic company and would be excited to show you our ability.
