As a modern manufacture enterprise, its’ major business ranges from design, to R&D and production of high precision non-standard machinery and equipment , high precision non-standard mechanical parts, precision molds and the jig & fixture as a whole.
The company has high, intermediate engineers and technicians more than 60 people who form design, process, processing, manufacturing, service, sales, trading professional services team .Especially they have expertise and rich experience in the non-standard precision parts processing, arts and the design, manufacturing, electrical control and equipment debugging of non-standard precision automatic equipment.
Now the company has 10 set of high precision production centers with the maximum processing travel up to 3.2 meters × 2.5 meters, including four-axis machining center two sets and it also has high precision imported CNC lathe six sets including composite milling centers two sets. It also has other lathe, milling, grinding, wire cutting, spark and other precision machining equipment 120 sets and some precision three dimensional detectors, two dimensional measuring instruments and other precision detection devices. What’s more, it establishs a physical and chemical room which you can use on the material for metallurgical analysis, ultrasonic testing.
