Now our factory has 5 sets of advanced auto-production lines and 2 sets of powder-coating lines. Moreover, it has 4 pcs of hydraulic presses (100 to-800 tons capacity ) , 32 pcs of punchings ( 5- 160 tons capacity) , 5 pcs of bending machines (40-100 tons capacity)and other accessorial equipments. It also has special welding workshop and painting workshop , which have 2 sets of electrostatic powder coating lines , 12 pcs of single spraying booth, 2 pcs of big drying oven( 7 meters length each pc), 1 set of the most advanced heat transfer printing line , 1 set of electrodeposition painting line,etc. In the welding workshop, there are 2 sets of newest automatic Robot welding machineries. All of the products and parts must be finished by deoiling , pickling, phosphating ,electrostatic spraying and drying these process to ensure anti-sepsis and anti-rust.
