Many of our customers run processes and equipment that are very specific and unique to their own business.  Often there are several pieces of equipment, that are inter-dependent to run that process. If even one component fails, in one of these machines, the entire operation stops.

More often than not, these machines were custom build for this customer.  Some are 'one of a kind'.  You can't just go to the store and buy a replacement...
