Engineering Design and Development

We are a small machine shop in business since 1977, specializing in precision machined parts. We work with all types of material from carbon and alloy steel, stainless, aluminum, gray iron, brass & bronze bar to malleable, ductile, aluminum and gray iron castings.

We can do custom, prototype and tooling & fixturing work. We are best known for low volume machining of small to medium size parts from .062 to 18 in round and 20 X 36 X 22 cubicle.

Our employees have an average tenure of 17years which gives us unmatched experience in the industry. With so much expertise we are able to supply customers with unparalleled quality.  

In our 12500 sq ft building, we have capabilities to do milling, turning, centerless and surface grinding along with cylindrical grinding to tolerances as close as .0001. We also have a hydraulic broach in house with many custom keyway and spline broaches.

We hold quality as our number one value to the customer with on time delivery a close second. We have a 98% on time delivery over the past 2 years to our customers with less than 1% rejected. We are ISO 9001/2008 certified and follow ISO standards along with 6 sigma philosophy daily. Inspection records are kept for all of our work and available to the customer on request.
