Durmach has been serving companies at home and internationally since 1986, including automotive, food, and manufacturing industries.Our expertise encompasses the design, development and construction of custom machines; development of tools, dies, jigs and specialty fixtures; production machining; and breakdown maintenance.Our primary goals are customer satisfaction and achieving the most cost effective service without sacrificing quality of workmanship. In order to consistently achieve these goals, Durmach only employs highly trained and licensed machinists and tool and die makers. We are proficient at machining steel; stainless steel; aluminum; titanium; and stellite. In addition, we have a 12,000 square foot climate controlled manufacturing area and only operate with state of the art equipment, including but not limited to: 1 C.N.C. Lathe; 3 C.N.C. Mills; 4” Boring Mill; 4 Trak TRM-Semi C.N.C, Mill; 6 Manual Milling Machines ; 3 Manual Lathes; 1 Alpha-Semi C.N.C.; and surface and cylindrical grinders.Durmach also recognizes that quality control is equally important to customer satisfaction and is constantly monitoring and upgrading its quality control program to meet today’s high standards.
