Dongguan Fortuna Metals Co., Ltd was established in 2003, which is a professional manufacturer of metal stamping, precision machining, injection and plastic molding. We can custom varied stamping and machining parts according to customer's drawing or sample.
We cover 5,000 square meters, close to 200 employees, the capacity included advanced Mitsubishi low-speed wire cutting machines, precision high-speed wire cutting machines and other advanced equipments for tooling fabrication, over 40sets high-tonnage punching machines from 20T to 160T for stamping process, 6sets CNC machines, 10sets EDM machines. Also, we have top-grade measuring systems for inspection such as 3D coordinate measuring system, 2.5D image measuring system, precision projectors, Rockers & Vickers hardness testers, plating thickness testers, salt spray testers and X-ray for RoHS inspection etc.
Our product range included precision metal stamping parts, terminals parts, metal sheet, leadframe, shielding case, injection plastic parts, nut, riveting parts, hardware fastener, spindle parts so on. All of these products are widely used in automobile, mobile phone, fax machine, home appliance, connector, electronic field, hardware, medicine equipment and so on. Our products mainly exported to USA, Middle East, Germany, Japan, Vietnam, Korea and other Europe country. Our cooperative customers such as NEC, Bitron, Sanyo, Amphenol, Emerson, Panasonic, Taller etc.
The raw materials we applied included cold rolled steel, spring steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, phosphor copper, red copper, bronze, beryllium copper, galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet, copper-nickel-zinc alloy etc. And the surface treatment status can be varied per customer’s requirements.

Also, our supersonic cleaning production line will fully guarantee good appearance of metal parts without oil or stain.
