DLM incorporates state of the art manufacturing equipment to provide fast, accurate manufacturing of parts and components. Our machining capabilities range from 120 in. in material length to over 42 in. in material height. Our lathe capabilities are unprecedented as well, from 37 inches in material diameter to 33 inches in material length. Individual precision parts as long as 336 inches can be grinded to even the tightest tolerances. The accuracy of parts produced is continually monitored by our operators and supported by our quality personnel. We are constantly reviewing our machining process to increase productivity and reduce costs so we are able provide the best service and price to our customers.
The DLM has a wide array of fabricating capabilities. From individual components, weldments, and assemblies, we specialize in precision metal fabrication that requires additional machining. Our years of extensive experience in custom fabrications, continues to be one of the fastest growing facets of our business.
DLM manufactures custom hydraulic cylinders for a wide variety of applications. We can machine and assemble cylinders from the most basic designs to complex designs that must be made to precise specifications. D.L.M. has aided in the design of custom cylinders for specialized applications in various industries and the military.
DLM engineering department is a certified ISO entity of the Companies ISO 9001 and 14001 - 2000 system. The engineering department is well versed in many areas such as the elevator industry, mining industries, hydraulic systems, and various other industries. SolidWorks software is used throughout the engineering department. The SolidWorks is an industry leading 3D modeling software package, which can be used in designing assemblies, machined parts, and fabricated components. The engineering department is also well suited to be a design assistance department, where the engineering department can work hand and hand with other companies and their projects. The department can aid in the design aspect, R & D, testing and in the verification steps of a company’s project.

Our kitting capacity compliments a wide range of industries in both government and commercial markets.
