Numerically controlled with all standard equipment and features including: Automatic Tool Changer, Automatic Pallet Changer, and high production capability for drilling, boring, tapping and reaming. For our large work we have a YCM TV 188B. Table travel of 33.8 x 70 inches allows us to machine large parts to your specification. Powerful 40 HP, 2 Speed Spindle Motor, 10,000 RPM Spindle Speed, 32 Station Automatic Tool Changer.We have two Fadal VMC 4525's. These are designed for machining larger parts. With this machine the long and big parts can be easily loaded on the table from the front or side doors. The VMC 4525, with XYZ travels of 45" x 25" x 24" and 53.5" x 25" table, is a robust machine with heavy cast iron construction, a high torque spindle, that reduces cycle time for heavy cutting operations including steel. The VMC 4525 features heavy cast iron box ways, which provide large surface area contact for maximum vibration damping and rigidity. The hardened and ground box ways utilize virtually friction-free non-metallic liners on all gibs and way surfaces to ensure consistently closer tolerances for more years of heavy machining. We have 3 Fadal VMC 4020 10,000 rpm Box Way machines that are the workhorse of our operation.For our turning equipment we utilize a Daewoo Puma 200 with a 50mm through spindle capacity and approximately 15" dia x 18" long. We have a Miyano JNC 45 which is comparable to the Daewoo but is only 45 MM through. We have a Miyano BNC 34S subspindle lathe that allows us to turn the front and back of a part after partoff to put out a completed part everytime. We have 3 manual bridgeport mills and 2 Yang manual lathes that offer support for prototypes and tooling operations.
