"Jack and DFFP did an excellent job on this project. They provided samples in advance of any payment so that we could verify the quality before proceeding into production. We had to make some minor adjustments to the buttons and Jack was very flexible and responsive about this. The overall quality on the parts that we ordered was fantastic for the price. We are now considering sourcing other parts with DFFP. I worked with multiple suppliers in China that we found on MFG.Com. DFFP is definitely one of the better ones. "

"This manufacturer has stopped answering our calls. He even had the nerve to tell us that he bids low on MFG.com and then revises pricing once the engineer reviews the drawings. I provided the drawings from the very beginning, why not just give an honest price to start and try to compete. Their exact words are quoted below. "Thank you for your early reply, and the price we put in the mfg is lower than the cost , and when we recieve the drawing pictures, our engineer restudy the cost,..."Would not do business with them again, we should’ve known when we saw their prices so much lower than the other quotes we received. "

"The only comunication I recieved from this vender was a demand for an aditional $98.00 for a sample cost. The total quote was for 8 peices at a total cost of $120.00.Also after send ing my contact info no attempt at contact was initiated by them. Needles to say the job wasn't done."
