DALIXI   was founded in 2007, she has developed into an international group leader in part Research & Design, Injection, Precision machining,Mold design & Manufacturing, Rubber parts, Stamping parts.

DALIXI  occupies 50,000 square meters, over 200 employees, 500 sets annual capacity , the biggest mold is over 15 Tons, 6 sets CNC machines, 12 sets EDM machines, 10 EDW machines, 3 set CMM, 30 sets injection machines, the specification of injection machine from 50 Tons to 1000 Tons.

Sheet metal factory has one set advanced laser cutting machine and one set advanced CNC punch machine, three sets bending machines.
Precision machining factory has CNC lathe, Grinding machine, Milling machine, EDM, EDW, CNC Polishing Machine.

Our product include Automobile part, Communication part, Electronic part, Medical part, Office equipment part and so on. Our clients distribute in USA, UK,Canada, Russia, Italy, New Zealand, Japan,Australia,France.

We use the standard tooling such as DME, HASCO, FUTABA, LKM. Hot runner system we used: Moldmaster, DME, HASCO, YUDO and so on., the steel such as S136, S136H, 2738, 2344, 2083, 718H, 8407, DAC55, W302, H13, 420, 2316, NAK80, SKD61. General plastic material: PP,PC,POM ,ABS, PA6, PA66, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPU, TPR, RTP, Santoprene; We have passed ISO9001:2000, ISO14001-2004 & TS16949; And carried out RoHS.

Please feel free to look us up on Google and call us so we can provide more verbal details regarding our experience with this vendor.This company does have good ratings and probably does simple projects well. Our project required very tight tolerances. They should have told us about problems before accepting the award. If you have a simple project, you might have luck with them. They said our print wasn't clear but they only complained after order acceptance. They did return most of the money back to us after order was canceled. Like I said, we are an honest company. Feel free to look us up on google and call us. We'll provide honest details about what Dalixi did well and where we saw their shortcomings. Jack will say anything."

"willnot give this company any more business, they lied and said they could do this and then did not complete the job. they did not heat treat or finish as stated on the drawing and PO. they did not want to make this right with me and sent a quote that was dated after the acceptance of the PO and sending the item stating the heat treat and finish was not included. they then decline to accept the award after delivering an unfinished product. I asked for a refund and they quit responding. I am glad this was not my first experience with MFG. "
