Custom Machine, Inc. specializes in CNC turning and screw machining. With over 30 years experience, our personnel are skilled in the setup, maintenance and running of CNC turning equipment, CNC vertical mills and single spindle screw machines.We pride ourselves on “old-school” Quality Control. All parts are checked several times per hour with final QC prior to shipment. Our delivery is on time. When you choose Custom Machine, Inc. you will be working directly with the Owner, and will experience the same level of excellence as our current customers, some of whom have been with us for 20 years.We work with cold rolled low carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and bronze, and many medium alloy steels. Our 10,000 square foot facility, houses 8 CNC lathes up to 2.5 inches, 32 screw machines with a capacity up to 3.0 inches, 2 vertical machining centers and a large array of support equipment. We can do work from a one piece prototype to several thousand pieces. With sufficient lead time, we can take your job from blank and also have gears cut, perform heat treating, plating, anodizing, passivating and grinding and polishing completed.
