ClickFold Plastics specializes in custom prototype and short run plastics fabrication using a unique fully CAD/CAM driven CNC machining and CNC thermo-folding process. No molds, hard tooling, or setup of any kind is needed. Product properties and process paramenters are permanently stored and readily available for subsequent runs at any time. The procees is ideally suited for products that are released in small to medium quantities on a flexible schedule. The process also allows for inexpensive design changes inbetween releases.
