We have passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification, and now we are in the process of inspection of TS16949 and ISO14001. Our building area reaches 3000 square meters, and our annual sales volume reaches over 15 million RMB. Our main products include the automobile parts, machinery parts, punched parts, drawn parts, machined parts, axle parts, gear axle, gear, worm wheel, worm, chain wheel, metal parts. Our products cover a wide range, which are widely used in automobile, machinery, ship, electronics, medical section, building, etc.
We have complete range of processing equipments such as the punching equipments with large tonnage and large travel and NC machine tool with high precision, which are all our basis for making high difficulty and high precision products.
Also, we have strong technical team. Our technical department has totally 12 people, among which 7 have university education background and 5 have the occupational title of engineer. With the strong technical force, we are able to complete all the technical documents. And our all technical files are implemented strictly according to standard. Our production department has 7 people for management, and every workshop has complete daily production report. Our production department monitors and confirms our production according to the contract.
