Champ Industries is a premier metal fabricator in Jamestown, North Dakota USA. Our services reflect a variety of specific customer needs, from fuel systems to brackets to large assemblies. Champ Industries prides itself on providing its clients with solutions to meet their fabricated metal needs. In combination with our full-service assembly facility located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, it is our mission to be recognized as the supplier of choice for custom sheet metal component fabrication, welding, powdercoating and assembly services in the mid-western United States and western Canada.
Our production capabilities include:
- TRUMPF Lasers with 80" x 160" sheet capacity and can profile up to 3/4" in Carbon Steels and Aluminum up to 3/8."
- 20 ton TRUMPF Rail Punch with a 48" x 144" table capacity and can process up to 1/4" in carbon steels and 3/16" aluminum.
- 140 ton TRUMPF Brake with a 10' Bed
- 360 ton straight Press.
- Trumpf TC 2020 - 20 Ton CNC Punch Press with 4' x 12' sheet capacity
Pacific Shear - 12' capacity. 1/4" Mild Steel - 7 gauge Stainless Steel capacity
