Champ Industries is one of the largest metal fabricators in Western Canada. We offer custom fabrication at a full-service assembly facility located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We have also recently opened a second location in Jamestown, North Dakota to accommodate a growing demand in the U.S.A.

Champ Industries is a recognized industry leader in forming plate up to 3/8" and profiling plate up to 1" from a variety of metals, including aluminum, carbon and stainless steel.

Our in-house sheetmetal capabilities include:

Trumpf Lasers with 1" thick cutting capacity and 80 x 160 sheet capacity
The laser beam is a universal tool for efficiently cutting and welding.. Even in the most demanding automated production lines, TRUMPF lasers provide top-notch quality and offer high system uptimes.
Rotolaz attachment for tube cutting up to 10"
Trumpf Press Brakes with up to 13' forming length and 220 ton capacity
350 ton straight Press
Trumpf TC 2020 - 20 Ton CNC Punch Press with 4' x 12' sheet capacity
Pacific Shear - 12' capacity. 1/4" Mild Steel - 7 gauge Stainless Steel capacity

Utilizing the latest CNC technology, Champ Industries is capable of forming tube in a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, copper and stainless steel.

Our in-house tube capabilities include:

CNC twin head tube bender for multiple radius jobs - Fully automatic off-line programming capability - 3" tube capacity
6" capacity manual bender
Behringer 20" x 20" capacity fully automatic band saw
Bending machines for tube from " to 7"
Soldering and brazing certified for copper
Cold cut saws
60 degree 10" band saw for angle cutting
Pressure testing for soldered assemblies

From prototype to production, Champ Industries has the capability to fabricate and assemble products for a wide range of industries, including transportation, aerospace, agriculture, food service and commercial manufacturing.
