We are National Board stamp “U” and “R” stamp accredited, allowing us to fabricate and repair pressure rated vessels by the standards certified through the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Custom

Through cutting edge solid modeling software and stringent internal control processes that manage our drawing revisions and design changes throughout projects, we’ve developed the systems necessary to build fabrications as unique as the customers we serve. We specialize in exotic metals such as Titanium, Zirconium, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, Aluminum and stainless steel.

Reverse Engineering

Whether your capital equipment has long lead times, expensive replacement costs or individual parts are obsolete, CMW posses’ the ability to Reverse Engineer components faster, cheaper and provide improvements that will extend the life of your equipment and reduce operation down time. Our state of the art measuring capabilities ensure we’ve achieved the required tolerances.

Through our AS9100 total quality system and our continuous improvement program, we’ve developed proven fabrication processes that ensure proper training, supervision, material tracking, segregation of operations and accountability to effectively produce repeatable quality.  NADCAP accredited in Quality System and Welding, AL-7004 Certified, AS-9100 compliant and ISO- 9000 compliant. Our quality staff has extensive experience in our industry and is actively involved throughout contract review, specification evaluation, procurement, design, planning and manufacturing.
