COMPANY PROFILE Canada Rubber Group Inc. is a leader in sealing technology and rubber molded products. We have been in operation since 1987. We specialize in die-cut gaskets and molded rubber products for end use consumers to large O.E.M.s such as Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive customers. We are capable of producing one only custom fabricated gasket to supporting production runs in the millions. Our firm is EDI compatible and uses bar coding when requested. Our inventory consists of a myriad of compounds including but not limited to rubber, non-asbestos sheeting, vegetable fibre, plastics, cork, felt, flock, open and closed cell sponge. Our rubber inventory alone consists of over a million pounds from .012" thick to 2" thick rolls and slabs. Rubber compounds include EPDM, SBR (redsheet and black), Neoprene, Natural, Pure Gum, Viton, Nitrile (FDA and black), Butyl, Hypalon,etc. We have made a significant investment in equipment and design resources that allows us to manufacture challenging parts for today's global marketplace(s). Located in two plants totaling 50 000 square feet, our equipment includes clicker presses, traveling head presses, static presses, rotary die-cutting, high speed kiss-cutter, oscillating travel head and a flash cutter. Our CAD software, Key Creator, permits us to receive files in .iges, .dxf, .dwg, parasolid,.ckd and .step formats allowing us to turn around prototype and production parts rapidly. Our commitment to quality has been a focal point since our developing years. In 1995 we were registered to ISO-9002, in 1997 to QS-9000 and currently we are registered to the latest ISO 9001-2000 standards. ln 2004, we strengthened our quality position by introducing 5-S(+1) lean manufacturing.
