All parts are manufactured in our suburban Chicago, Illinois, United States facility with no off-shore subcontracting. We specialize in tight tolerance Swiss-type turning. ** diameters from .050" to 1.625" ** ** lengths from .050" and up ** ** quantities from 10 to 250,000 ** All equipment is state-of-the-art CNC controlled for fast setup and accurate production of your custom parts. Job tracking is fully computerized. Secondary services offered: threading, knurling, grinding. We can handle coatings and other processes for you and ship complete parts: heat treating, plating, black oxiding, passivating, cleaning, you name it. Our quality system is currently compliant to the ISO 9000 standard. Material certifications and inspection reporting available by request.
