"They are very easy to work with. Our part was delivered unbelievably fast. The reason for my less-than-perfect quality rating is that there were a couple of nicks on the part, and a few of the dimensions were out of tolerance. Fortunately, the errors were either too small to cause problems or not in an important place, where we did have some room for error. So I used the part as is."
