We are Custom Cutting Technologies, Inc. Founded in 1999, we are a machine shop specializing in plastic materials. We operate several different types of CNC controlled equipment to maximize the services we can offer. CCT Plastics produces machined plastic parts and custom parts to print for tight tolerance applications. We operate state-of-the-art equipment to maximize efficiency and guarantee low cost. We offer unexcelled quality, unbeatable service and offer fast turnaround on custom part production. CCT provides precision machining on virtually all types of plastics. By utilizing high precision multiple head machine centers, we can produce large volumes of parts quickly and inexpensively.Our multi-head CNC routers are capable of efficiently and accurately machining parts from sheet stock. By running multiple parts under multiple heads, we can achieve part costs that you would expect from die cutting with quality that you would expect from machining or water jet cutting.We have recently added CNC vertical machining centers that are also capable of machining exotic plastics down to the tolerances well below 0.001" in all axes. These machines allow us to work with much thicker materials than our routers can work with, and provide us with impressive z-axis capabilities.Our drilling capabilities are also world-class. We operate high speed (80k) multi-spindled drilling equipment that allows us to accurately and rapidly drill holes in a wide variety of materials.Many of our customers are in the fabrication industry as well. We are the 'go-to' source for parts or materials that don't fit into their processes. For parts made from difficult to work with glass-filled materials like G10, FR-4, HDPE, PTFE, Torlon, and Ultem, we are the supplier of choice.We have built a reputation as a company that does it right, does it on time and does it for a fair price.
