Brimmer-Turan Foundry & Machine Shop, LLC is owned by Charles Brimmer and Gerald Turan, who have a total of over 50 years of foundry and machinist experience.

We specialize in pouring aluminum, brass, bronze, and cast iron castings in any shape or size.

We also machine and fabricate a variety of parts and products including boat shafts, rudders, stern and rudder tubes, shrimp and oyster winches, winch parts, couplings, hob gears, and many types of other specialized products that meet our customer requests. We also build, supply, and repair parts for the P & D line of fishing winches as well as other common brands of fishing winches.

The Foundry is able to pour a variety of Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, And Cast Iron Castings in No-Bake, green Sand, and permament Molds.

We work Closely with our Pattern Makers and Clients in order to have a fast and Quality turnaround.

The Foundry is capable of pouring large or small castings in Large or Small Quantities, From jobbing, prototype, and production.

Boat Shafts, Rudder Shafts, Rudder and Stern Tubes, couplings, complete underwater gear set ups, Boat shafts up to 7" diameter up to 40' +.
