Biochem Precision Technology Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Biochem Industries Sdn. Bhd.) is a precision machining company that specializes in CNC Turning, Milling and Complex Turn-Mill operations.

We are well-equipped to accommodate high volume jobs as well as those that involve high mix but low volume. In order to stay competitive, we have brought in machines (Mazak, Mori Seiki & Miyano from Japan) that exhibit characteristics such as high repeatability and accuracy to produce the parts that requires high precision and quality.

Furthermore, we have also invested in highly accurate QA equipments to ensure our product quality is at its best with Quality Assurance machines such as a Brown & Sharpe Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and a Mitutoyo Profile Projector. Besides these few bigger QA machines, we also have all the necessary small tools from calipers, to micrometer, thread gauges, pin & block gauge, surface roughness tester and other necessary checking equipement to enable us to measure every dimension that is specified in the drawing.

In addition to top quality equipments for both machining and Quality Assurance, we have extensive experience in machining the materials (but not limited to) as stated below:

  • Carbon Steel (AISI 1018, 1020, 1045, ASSAB 760, Mild Steel)
  • Alloy Steel (SCM415, AISI 4140, AISI 4130, 16MnCr5)
  • Stainless Steel (AISI 303, 304, 316, 316L, 420, 440C)
