BerkMatics, Inc. is a small, family owned, Customer oriented and Quality driven manufacturing company established in 1940. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified and adhere to MIL-I-45208 and MIL-STD-45662. We offer a variety of cam turning machines from 1/2'' capacity MULTI-SPINDLE to 1-5/8 SINGLE SPINDLE machines. Our CNC TURNING includes three machines with capacity up to 2-3/8'' and one 3/4'' capacity SWISS machine. We are capable of GEAR HOBBING up to 4'' dia. Included in our machine base are hand turning machines, Bridgeports and a CNC VMC with a 14'' x 36'' table. Also, we have an IN HOUSE PLATING FACILITY for ELECTRO TIN and a BLACK OXIDE (Ferrous metals only) operation. Our ON-TIME DELIVERIES for 2008 were nearly 100%.
