With more than 1000 automatic CNC milling machines, Belton Technology has one of the largest CNC centers in PRC producing mass volume of high precision components, for the hard disk drive, medical, automobile and consumer electronics industries.

We incorporate Six-Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies into our machining processes to improve production efficiencies, flexibility, waste elimination, quality and cost.  In our continuous efforts for quality and excellence, we have vested into real-time Statistical Process Control systems ensuring processes specification and control limits are constantly monitored and meeting to the customers' stringent requirements.

Extrusions

Belton Technology has vested into deep-drawn and aluminium extrusion for metal enclosures, or casing to meet the needs of customers whose product applications require the consistent quality, product integrity and proven technical superiority which deep drawing is able to achieve. We provide both prototyping and high-volume production capabilities offering customized tooling and parts designed to customers' specifications for application in the alternative green energy, automotive, industrial and power applications worldwide. 

SMT Flip Chip, PCB & FPCB Assemblies

Belton Technology Group’s SMT Flip Chip assembly lines are set up in a cleanroom environment to ensure product quality with a high production yield. We are currently producing over 3.5 million SMT flip Chip assemblies per week for Hard Disk related applications.

Our assembly lines are equipped with the capabilities to handle fine pitch printing, 0201 chips and Flip chip / BGA with bump diameter as small as 0.05mm. Our operations are lead free, produced by re-flow oven with closed-loop nitrogen control system. Our Jet Dispensing machine is capable of dispensing between line width of 0.25mm.
