BMW Qualitech specializes in manufacturing of high precision and difficult to machine components in high and low volume. We also offer manufacturing of hand tools.We work with any any material from aluminum and brass to high temperature alloys, and we can hold tolerances of +/- .0005 inch. Our ideal run quantity is 1000 plus pieces, but we can also do prototypes and shorter runs. We typically serve the Hand Tools, Medical, Aerospace and to a lesser degree, Automotive industries.Our 8,000 square foot facility houses equipment including:2 Vertical Machining Centers- Moriseiki NV5000 2 Multitasking Turning Centers- Moriseiki NL-2000 SY2 Multitasking Turning Centers- Moriseiki NL-1500 SMC1 Automatic Chucking Turning Center - Takamaz X1001 CNC 3-32mm Capacity Swiss Machine - Citizen A321 CNC 3-32mm Capacity Swiss Machine- KSI SQC321 FULLY AUTOMATIC SAW – AMADA We will be adding more machines over the coming year.Our software capabilities include MasterCam and AutoCad. We have 30 years of combined manufacturing engineering experience between our engineering group. Our knowledge of machining is exceptional which bring our capabilities to the top. All of our equipment is new and best in its class in order to compete within the manufacturing market. We will answer all calls and have answers to your questions and concerns within minutes not days. We will have all the possible solutions for our customer at the time of call. We are always working towards relationships with new customers that will last a life time.We follow all of the QS9000 guide lines for our Quality Assurance, closely follow ISO standards and are working towards certification within the next 24 months.
