We are a small contract manufacturing company dedicated to lean manufacturing practices. We have CNC mills with 4th axis and CNC turning capabilities currently. We have an excellent quality record with 99.9% acceptance rate at the customer. We currently have been doing work with tolerances as tight as .002 true position and typically work with true position tolerances of .003. All of our machines are less than 3 years old. In house toolroom for fixturing and low volume work. The owner of the company has 35 years experience in machining last managing a shop with 75 people. BC Machining has a terrific crew of machinists who are very quality oriented. We specialize in aluminum products. We have full lot control and FAI procedures in place. Currently working towards AS9100 compliance with certification expected by 3rd quarter of 2011. BC Machining is familair with defense contractor requirements and certifications. Our current major customers include a major microwave communication company as well as a major US manufacturer of power tools. We can do daily or weekly shipments with free local delivery. We can work with your company to setup a kanban system and then maintain that system for you as well.
