Avenger Aircraft and Services was started by two former-Gulfstream/Lockheed Aerospace Structures engineers in 2004. Since inception, James Burd and David Misencik have developed an all-star team with key engineering personnel handpicked from several different aerospace companies. Avenger has a well rounded, highly technical engineering team currently 18 strong, including 3 Fatigue and Damage Tolerance FAA DER’s.

Our core specialty is engineering design, reverse engineering, F/DT analysis, life limit extensions and FAA certification approvals including FAR Part 23, 25, and 26. In late 2008, Avenger opened a 7500 sq. foot machine shop to supply full PMA kits for Product Improvement STC’s, which are being certified through Atlanta ACO. Our kits are innovative solutions for increasingly complex industry demands. Avenger takes pride in being a pioneer within aerospace consulting; always at the forefront of ground breaking engineering solutions and setting new standards of quality in manufacturing.

Because of our low overhead and highly integrated engineering staff, we can offer timely and reasonably priced engineering, analysis, DER support and part manufacturing capabilities.
