Auxiliary Systems, Inc. is a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business formed in March 1990 to meet the total marine auxiliary plant equipment needs for the Port of Hampton Roads.  Since our inception, we have continually expanded our business to include full machining, welding and fabrication capabilities.  We now have capability to machine, fabricate and assemble many types of components, for marine and commercial applications.  It is also the business goal of the company to provide a total package concept for servicing plant equipment. This package includes dependable, high quality, prompt service and repairs for plant systems, which include water treatment equipment, desalination plants, reverse osmosis systems, heat transfer systems, low and high pressure air compressors, pumps, electric motor generators sets, electric motor rewind, AC/DC controls and gearbox overhaul.

The Machine Shop is located in a 35,000 square foot plus facility and is housed in the Midtown Industrial Park in Norfolk, Virginia. Situated in the center of Hampton Roads, Virginia gives us a full venue of shipping and delivery options available to our customers.

We can also provide replacement power transmission and various industrial products, from many brand name and reputable manufacturers, including electric motors and drives, gearboxes, conveyor belting, ball and roller bearings, mounted bearings, sprockets and chain, belts and sheaves, couplings, pulleys, gears, linear motion, screw conveyors, robots, bucket elevators, material handling equipment, pumps and castors.
